wow. congrats on the case. It's nice to see that some lawyers (no pun intended) still care about the little people in this country. I'm sending you and these poor women positive energy from chicago. Happy friday.

Congrats! Cheers to all those involved! And to think, when I was at ERA during my 1L summer, we were only looking for the plaintiffs. I remember talking to different women and hearing about their experiences. And now, to see the class certified is a really amazing thing. But it just strikes me as sad that litigation takes so long, that this is the route we have to take to correct systemic discrimination. It took three long years to get the class certified and all I can think is that "justice delayed is justice denied."
