Wow, the cartoonists are out in force ~ check out this great collection of cartoons bashing Wal-Mart. You know how I hate Wal-Mart, so I am having fun with all the cartoons. The latest pending class action against Wal-Mart involves WM"s exploitation of undocumented janitors ~ you can get more information (including access to the Complaint and other legal briefs), here. Meanwhile, our office is preparing to fight the appeal filed by Wal-Mart in our class certification action ~ I'll keep you posted!
